From 180 to 148

My goal is 135 just 13 more lbs to go. How are you keeping the weight off once you reach your goals? Did you decrease the amount of time working out?

I'm not at my goal yet, but when I do, I will recalculate my calorie maintenace. Make sure I eat that amount of calories everyday and do some moderate exercise. You could also eat a few hundred calories over, and instead workout more intensly to make sure you burn off those extra calories.

Just my thoughts, I'm still working on burning as much fat as possible.

You're almost there though, so keep it going!
 
Great picture! How tall are you? You look great.

I would suggest going to an online calorie calculator, like , in which you input your height, weight, age, gender & exercise level & it calculates how many calories you should consume to gain, maintain or lose fat. It also lists a 7-day calorie plan. This should be helpful to get a basic guideline of what you should be consuming. Continue any moderate exercise to either tone up or keep off any pounds that may flutter in from those "hungry" days. 8]
