Hi
I used to be 118 lbs in 2006 .Now I am 135lbs. here are my present pics.
I started dieting and exercising in jan 2008 and I am "trying" to be regular to the gym and i cut out white rice, junk,cakes,chocs etc
Do you see any difference?Right now the black trousers fit better (waist size 32) and my stomach seems to have become a wee bit flatter now.. But I want to hear that from you.. I could be hallucinating thinking ive lost weight
I still dont fit into any of my jeans (size 30)which is so depressing but Im glad I am focussed about losing weight now.My goal is to get back to being 118lbs
