OK. I have finished up the junk food in my house. Yes, i ate it instead of just throwing it away. PMS. anyway, i am ready to start fresh. Need to make a commitment to myself and stop sulking and eating for emotions. I'm going to have tuna fish for lunch. Which is good. and 100 better than the fruit loops i had yesterday. I have literally been out of control for a year and am almost back up to top weight after losing 60 pounds. AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH. OK. so i'm writing here adn will hold myself accuontable.
