I know this probably isn't the best forum, but I was hoping to get rid of these video's to a new home quickly. Like, by tomorrow morning 
. Because I have to go to the post office anyway.
They are free, and I'll even pay postage if you're in the US or if it's under a couple dollars to send them farther. I dont know what oversea's postage is. There are three. I used them a long time ago and they are easy to follow. I just dont use them anymore and want to give them to someone who will use them. If you get them, and don't use them, please pass them on again.
They are Gaiam Balance Ball videos, Upper body workout, Abs workout, Lower body workout. All are performed with the balance ball, so that'd be needed if you want the video's and dont have a ball. Here the balance balls are about 10 dollars at walmart.
Post here so no one else attempts to claim them, then send me a pm with your addy (with a fake name if you want, so you dont have to worry about identity theft or anything). Or, so I don't have your address, I'll send them to your work, but then I'd need a real name.
I need to stop at the post office tomorrow. If no one claims them by then, I'll mail them next Monday.
