Forearm excercises

I wouldn't worry about forearms too much, if you're doing all other workouts correctly. One workout i do like a lot is a towel pull up. You throw a towel over a pullup bar, and grip each end with your hands. then pull yourself up. It targets the forearms a lot. Next, I'm not sure what these are called but it's where you take heavy weights in each hand and walk with them a certain distance. Set long distances for yourself to work best.
 
We had a pretty in-depth discussion on this very topic a few months ago in here. I tend to agree with Leandrofu... its like doing "finger curls" or some other completely pointless exercise. Work your core exercises (bench press, deadlift, powerclean, chin-ups, etc) and your forearms will grow.
 
You workout your forearms on the exersizes that you use grip on,
bench
barbell rows
chinups
ect. ect. ect. However, more reps completed on them with some isolation exersizes would help to stimulate growth in them.
