For everyone to read:

I originally wrote this for Brian who was posting his stats about the weight he uses in the gym; but I thought it would get lost, buried deep in the thread. So take a peek at Brians thread midway down "How impotant is Resting" and then read on:

Brian; that is very impressive that you can do that much weight and you've only been training for 3 months.

I would tweak your training routine a bit; I agree with Johnny, you're rep counts are way off and way too high.

As for the deserving of praise; i'm glad anyone can come here and post their pictures or their success stories. I'm surrounded by people that either do not workout or are too busy competing with me to say "Hey, that was a great set". It's very nice to know that I can post a note about a successful day and share my success with the others in this forum.

In my opinion, anyone that lifts, runs, walks or participates in any type of exercise is entitled to praise. I'm not sure what percentage, but there are more people in the US that are fat and unhealthy than there are fit and healthy.

I don't know how to say this without sounding condescending; but I"m proud of everyone in this forum -- The beginners looking for a great way to begin their fitness career, the experts offering advice, and everyone in between who throws in tips and asks for suggestions.

Cheers!
