Hey... this might not be the best place for this... but idk... i'm kinda new to this forum - sorry it's not the best excuse, but, yeah i thought it would be a quick way to do it. so it's for eveyone rather than a personal diary.
You write your calories for the day, or else whatever it is your counting.
For example if you're low carbs, or if you're trying to cut the amount of fat...
or lets say it's not even about food, it's about gaining muscle. So you could write approximately how many calories or grams of fat you burned.
Just whatever you want basically.
And then write what your goals are and how close you think you're coming to them with each day. You can also record any relapses you've had. Like, "Today I spulrged and ate my grandmother's triple chocolate fudge cake... ooohps."
Then if you want you could look back on that day and think about how you don't want to do it again, or you could look back on a day that you did really good, and think... I can't wait to dot hat good again.
And we can also cheer eachother on and give encouragement.
Note: this post isn't any sort of contest, just an open journal to encourage people.
Okay I'll give an example... I can't do the counting calories yet, but I'll come back and record that later:
So far i'm feeling a little empowered, and hoping it will stay that way. I haven't spurged or gone over yet on my calorie counts.
Goals: Run two miles without stopping, more sculpted and toned, 135-137 pounds (just depending on how much my body is actually able to lose... i think at least 136 though) and lose some inches on my waist here and there. Pant size: 7-9, again just depending on how realistic a seven is.
Planned day to reach the goals: a year and a half from today.
How far i've come: Lol, well not far since it's only been a day and about a quarter, but i think i'll be able to reach them in my time plan, unless i go through some really stressed out times financially or something. But i actually don't think even then i would break my diet since it costs money to eat more anyway.
I'm hoping I'll do good.
So yeah, the above was just an example, you can put more or less info, or just track the calories/burning/trans fat... or whatever. It's not my forum so I'm not making rules... just ideas. Do whatever you want with the post.
