For Everyone in the 140's!

Hi again everyone!

Hi you new folks!!! Congratulations on your weight losses! It is so inspiring to see you here.
I'm looking forward to having the kids back in school in a few weeks. We've had a lot of company and travelling that really doesn't help me concentrate on what I need to be doing to be eating healthily. All it takes is some people to show up with a large box of doughnuts that sits on the table for me to have some problems!!:rolleyes:
The weather here is getting cooler. I'm going to need to look at my exercise options for fall.
I have been walking around the block with my dad. Does anybody have ideas of what to do with an elderly father for really mild exercise?

Hi. I'm new here. Thought I'd join the 140's club. As of this morning I am 144.4 (or 65.5kgs) I'm hoping not to be here for more than a couple of weeks but we all know how the weight likes to go up just as you think you're doing really well.
