Well...I've kind of fallen off the weight loss wagon.
Luckily I have been somewhat careful, but I haven't been keeping track of calories, and that really makes a difference.
I'm still fluxtuating between 146.5 and 148. Hey, but I started out 10 lbs. heavier, so that's better than it was!
Do any of you keep track of your cholesterol? I had a mini test (finger prick) test done last week. It's down some but still high. I was 279, then 259, and now 230. I'm doing something right!
Keep it up y'all! Coming out here and seeing you still working away at being healthier helps me want to try again!

I have been hovering between 145 and 147 for a few weeks now, but I suppose it could be worse. I could be 164 again!!! I am WAITING for the minute I see 144.9...please oh PUH-LEASE!!!!!
