For Everyone in the 140's!

Welcome here Juliette! I'm so glad you are 149! You will probably beat me down to 140...I lose really slowly, as I am only half-hearted on my food choices.
How is it going, Blancita and 2Skinny?
My daughter made a rather fattening breakfast today, which I ate. Yesterday we were to my parents for lunch...which I ate. Saturday we went to a fair and ate at the booths, then had bbq with some guests. What can you do but try to be careful? It is reallly impossible to track calories when I eat that way.
So...I'm back at 148 this morning.

The 140s are eluding me...

Hi Cheryl;

I still belong to the 150s club, but I like to read in this club too. Welcome Blancita and Juliette!! If I want to succeed and get to the 140s, I MUST stop eating at "maintenance" level. It means staying at 1400 calories...religiously...for a couple weeks straight. I'm having too many cheat nights. :doh:

So, here's to good choices today and every day this week.

One pound away from joining!

2skinny our before and currently weights are very similar! Only I have 25lbs more to go. How tall are you?
 
Hi Miracle. I'm 5'9" tall. And will be quite happy with 140 pounds...but would like to try for 135 to see how that looks/feels. 135 was my weight in my 20s. It may be too low now...but I'll see. Have a great week :)

How I wish I had another few inches of height!
I'm only 5'2" or so. One of my daughters only got to 5'1". Thankfully, the other one got to 5'6".

Do any of you have a tentative short term goal weight? Mine is 145 by June 21st (the first day of summer and our anniversary).

I've really been slacking off on keeping track of calories lately, so I need to get back on it.

Let's get AGGRESSIVE and lose!!

I'll take that as a challenge. I'm very boringly at 149 and midsummer (June 21st) is four weeks away. I say 1 pound a week gets us to a joint goal of 145! Race ya'! :D

You're four inches taller than me :D I have to weigh less cause I'm shorter I guess. Sucks to be me! :D

I've been slowly inching too; frustrating as hell, but my own fault. Poor food choices the last couple of months.

My goal right now is to get out of the 140s club by late June, in time for bathing suit season here. :) I'm not quite 5'2" myself, so that's getting close to my goal.

I am so freakin' happy at this moment, you have no idea....I weighed in at 149.6 this morning and I'm waving a big 'good-bye' to the 150's----I never want to see them again.....so, can I be a member of your club please?

Finally! I got weighed yesterday, and I am 10st 9lbs - 149lbs!

Can I join? :D

Also, looking at the BMI info on my ticker, I'm "normal"! I haven't been normal since I was about 10! :D

Official normalcy feels the same as the official adulthood (ask public transport company, police etc. and they'll tell my mom I'm an adult :D, I don't feel the least bit different...)

Hope everyone has a great week! I'm going to the pool this afternoon to try out my ankle. I twisted it last week and the swelling is almost gone and it's just a little sore. Hopefully the pool will make it feel better! Hoping to be in the 140's soon.

I am at a new low weight, too!! I weighed in at 146 for the last 2 days. I know it will probably waver (I had a peanutbutter & honey sandwich at 10:30 last night...), but I LOVE seeing a brand new number on the scale.
