Football workouts.........

I am 17 years old weighing 140 Ibs standing at 5'10". I need help to find the best soultion to gaining my goal of weighing at least 175 Ibs standing 6'2". I have little strength in my arms but my true power comes within my legs , I am pretty fast. I need to know some good diets and workout plans to gradually gaining success to this goal. Please help.Much appreciated

dude wake up
your natural growth is probly over by now ... and if it isnt i doubt your going to get 4 inches out of it.. and noones gunna give you growth hormones because your not short enough..so looks like ur gunna be average height
 
in the interest of actually offering help. I encourage you to post this in the Men's weight training section. And look at some other threads involving full body workouts, as those will be the best way for you to exercise and bulk up. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to increase your height apart from wearing thick soled shoes. Once you do some searching, if you still don't find what you need I'll be happy to help.
