Flatter Stomach

I am trying to get flatter ab's But i am doing Crunches the old way and i dont get results what is the new way of doing Sit Ups Or Crunches.

I think it might be ur diet... you gotta eat clean and do some cardio in order to reduce ur body fat. as ive always heard, ab exercises r secondary in this case but I'll leave it to other memebers the advice on some specific exercises for the ab area :)
 
I recently started doing ab exercises using a stability ball and I really like it. I can definatly feel it working. You can even get video tapes that will walk you through an entire ab workout.
 
Try this

Biking, stationairy, any kind of bike, bicycling, etc...Think about it, and think about the people you usually see that are biking- Lance Armstrong,Sheryl Crow etc... They stay in that flexed position . Concentrating on movement ,your body core stays tight and you have no choice but to stay in that tight position,lol. THINK ABOUT IT! Core exercises, yoga,etc...
