Flatter Stomach

Hi,

I currently weight train 4/5 times a week and have built up muscle and am starting to get a bit of definition now.

I run about 20mins 3 times a week but do not seem to be losing any weight from the stomach area?

My BMI is between where it should be so I don't think I am over weight but I do have a pinch if you know what I mean. What can I do to get a flatter stomach.

I don't really want to run much more because my knees are quite weak.

Please advise. My main focus is to build up my upper body.

You need to eat a clean diet. Also I would up your cardio to 30 - 45 mins. If your knees can't handle that maybe try biking or some other alternative.
