Not sure exaclty what you mean. All I did was input my info, listed the activity, and noted what type of lifestyle I have. It just took me off guard, I can understand some data as being off, but 2000 calories off.
I am really consistant on what I eat. Only real change exercise wise was from going to a long recumbant bike ride of 40-45 miles, too two 25-mile bike rides, I am not trying to bash a useful tool, as I am sure it helps many people out there, in particular the calorie food counter, I just feel something is off and the calorie intake range was way off and for me personally unrealistic.
I do write a daily food journal (yes measure as well)and used thier calorie counter to add my usual days intake, input the activity data (biking), my age, height and weight, sex, and it popped up this information. Perhaps I read into the numbers too much.
