What is Poly fat and Mono fat?

So far I've had:

BREAKFAST:
Small bran muffin
Orange Juice
Oat toast w/peanut butter

SNACK:
Protein shake
Yogurt
Plum

LUNCH:
Garden salad
tuna salad (no bread)

SNACK:
Mac Apple
Kashi granola bar
1/4 cup trail mix

def should get some more protein in there.

Yup, need to keep your carbs and protein about the same. You need to have a bit of protein with every meal if possible.

Poly - Polyunsaturated
Mono - Monounsaturated
