Greetings everyone!


My name is Sanna. I`m 25, 5`6 and ca 148lbs. I want to lose some weight, I felt my best when I was around 121lbs.. so that is what I`m after at in the long run - 27 lbs :)

I say in the long run because at this point I`m going to focus on exercising. My first priority is getting fit. I will watch what I eat but I`m not planning on going on a specific diet (tackling both sides seems too overwhelming and I`m afraid to get spooked out:))... I`ll direct my energy and attention to working out. I really want to get toned.

I also took up snowboarding this winter and need to have a stronger core for the next season.


I wont go to gym because 1. I dont like the idea of sweating in a tiny room with a bunch of people, 2. I`m a poor student, 3. my schedule is kind of hectic (I travel between 2 cities during the week)


I don`t know much about sports.. I have never really worked out.. so I`m not sure wether my choice of exercising is the best but I`m going to give it a try :)


I plan on doing interval training with strenght exercises - crunches, sit ups etc. I wont integrate cardio into my execising plan because I walk almost everywhere I go (or bike) and because I really really dislike running :biggrin:




I really really want to get fit.. not so much for the look (although I`d be lying if I said it didnt matter) but mostly because I wanna feel fit. I want my body to be strong and healthy... right now it feels kind of wobbly :p.


So TODAY:


1. walk dog 30 min for warmup

2. interval training 25 min (crunches, situps, plank etc)
