I'm 48 y/o. My birthday is in the middle of January. I've got a year and a half to get rid of a lot of weight sensibly and safely. My goal is not to be fat at age 50. I've lost 4 lbs. in 2 days eating healthy foods and eating to comfort. my start weight was 280.5 lbs. Today it's 280.5 lbs. I want to lose 50% of my body weight so I am going to be here a lot, posting, rebelling I'm sure, pouting and kicking all the way down to my high goal of 150 lbs. and then fighting to get it down from there.
