First Time posting

I have been working out and eating right since April. Here are some pictures. I really don't see a change, but I have gotten into my skinny jeans. Yahoo!! Its the last 10 lbs that's the hardest! And I still have a belly. Arhh!

The before pictures are from August 5th and the after pics are the most recent, as of September 28.

I would love some feedback.

Thanks

Well, I have to say that I don't "see" a change in your before and after but that doesn't mean there isn't one. If you lose 5 lbs and it's distributed all over, then you won't see anything dramatic. But, if your skinny jeans fit that tells you something, aye? If you find yourself in need of further inspiration, look at the Before and After pix that some of the people have posted. The changes are sometimes really amazing.

Oh, and welcome to the site!

I see a difference. You look smaller, more toned up in the afters. The befores are from August, not from when you started, right? The afters are only less than 2 months from the befores. Keep doing what you are doing. You look great!

Aug pics

I have been very motivated with everyone's posting and pictures.
Thank you!

It would have been more interesting if I can taken pictures of the beginning.
I didn't think about it, or didn't want to see it :)

Does anyone have experience losing the last ten pounds? And really toning up.

Are you simply going by weight?

Have you been taking measurements too? If not, I suggest you start.

Losing the last ten lbs is just like the first ten, believe it or not. They say it's harder b/c it's a much slower process and people usually bounce around the with their consistency b/c of said slowness.

Patience is definitely a virtue at this stage in the game.

They also say it's harder b/c your body tends to be more reactive to the stress of dieting; meaning adaptation sets in quicker. Basically your body doesn't want to be skinny -- it's not how we are hardwired, unfortunately.

How are you eating? Do you know how many cals, grams of each macro, etc?

How are you exercising?
