first time on weight loss diaries!

Hello all,

My name robert,

I was 307 pounds a little over a year ago and now i am at 210 pounds.

People said that i look to skinny the way i look. but what i see is that i still have tons of body fat on.

ive started weight traings for 6 months now and i have gained strenth, however i hear from my friends that i need to calm down on the cardio beecause it can eat up my muscles.

i still have tons of body fat and my goal is to get some major abs for the summer and cardio is the best way. i dont know who or what to beileve! can some one give me some tips to lose all this

belly fat and keep my muscle on?
 
What is your exercise routine ? Lifting routine ? how much cardio are you doing ? but most importantly what is your diet like ? not just calories but protein, carb and fat intake.
