Here's my most current picture taken about a week ago; I'm in the slow and tedious process of bulking up.
I spend most time on the standard barbell bench press, and do low-intensity cardio a couple times a week on my off days. I take 5 grams of creatine before my workout, and protein shakes are inclusive in my diet. I try to aim for 2500-3000 calories a day. Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks.
