Fire fighter workout

I am interested in getting into full time fire fighting. I need to be strong for long... I know I need a strong back, and strong legs. I don't want to be bulky, but if that's what it takes to do this... so be it. Any suggestions? I am a 5ft female, 120#. I lift fairly heavy weights now.

If you want to bulk get bigger muscle wise

6 - 10 reps High weight

if you dont want to bulk but condense the muscle u already have to make u stronger.

1 - 6 reps Higher weight
