Finally on target!!!

Theres nothing better than an inspirational film that pumps you up and makes you want to leave half way through to go to the gym.

Your progress is AWESOME!!!! Stay focused on keep on target... I'm excited to see you hit your goals in time for the holidays! Gotta love buying those new threads. :)

First of all, as my first post on this great forum, I would like to thank you for the inspiration to get off my butt, and start working hard at getting myself fit, and in shape for summer.

I am 6'2" 240 pounds. I have love handles, and boobie fat that I would like to get rid of. I figure I have 6 months before the dead of summer arrives, and that’s when I would like to be respectable looking. So your workout and diet plan seems as if it would work perfectly for me.

I have a few more questions for you:

How tall are you?

If/when you’re at school, how do you go by eating your "mini meals"?

Do you have extra flabby skin due to all of the fat that you have lost?

If you have AIM, can you PM your SN, so I can ask you a few more questions on your diet, and exercise routine?

Thanks again.

I'm 5'8". As far as school goes you can do protien bars to keep your food going every three hours. The key to keeping the skin tight is dropping the weight slowly.

The 36" pants I bought a few weeks ago are falling off me so I went and tried on a pair of 34's and they fit!!! :D :D :D I was 44". now 34"!

Dye,

Eat small healthy meals every three hours or so, train hard and drink a gallon of water a day. It works.

Hey everyone,

I've been gone for a while, I was traveling and then landed in bed for a month with Bronchitis. I have childhood Bronchitis which hits me every few years really bad and ruines my life for a while. But I'm back. Tomorrow I start back at the gym and on track. I'm pissed off with the loss of time but I'm back now. I lost some muscle and put on a few pounds but still light years better than where I was 6 months ago. I'll keep you guys posted...

Hello,

I'm doing something similar to what you have done so far, and I have a couple of question  . You mentioned, split cardio. Do you do cardio in the morning and evening? How long is each workout? Do you do weight the same days you do your cardio? and When did you started to see your first results? Thanks for the info. Can't wait to see my results.

Mercurio.

I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and at night for about 30 to 40 minutes. Don't eat after your evening cardio and don't eat before your morning cardio! The weight will fly off, I guarentee it. I weigh in once a week in the morning before I eat. It works. :D :D :D

Thank you

Cool, thanks for the input. One question though, how many times a week do you do cardio, and do you do weight the same days? Pardon the curiosity; it's just that reading your success encourages me.

Whoa, sorry about the supper sloooooooow response  but I've been on project at work that has been consuming, no time for internet.

Cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is a great because there's no sugar in your blood stream so you start burning fat quick. A good evening cardio flushes out extra calories out of the system.

Plus cardio actually raises you metabolism for 8 hours or so, so doing it in the morning and at night keeps you burning round the clock.

On a personal note, I'm 4 months away from taking pictures. I looked at my before pictures today, man I was wack!!! I recommitted myself to the fitness game a month ago and am going harder than ever. Tae Bo, running, kick boxing and wieght training.

I'm back for good.

just wanted to say way to go, shredder. great life change your on, i've lost a few pounds myself lately and know the feeling you described earlier. good luck, i know you'll reach your goal.

Holy Crap! Long time no talk man. Glad see you back around and doing well (except the CB). I just wanted to say thanks again for the book, there's some good info in it. Anyway, welcome back, and be sure to stop in from time to time.
