Finally on target!!!

Hey everyone,

3 months ago I was 230 lbs and living on pizza, burgers and ice cream. This morning I weighed in at 205 lbs.

1) I've been eating small healthy meals that I make myself every three hours. Just enough food to fit in my palms.
2) Taking a multi-vitamin, glutamene, flax seed oil, chromium picolinate and a protien powder.
3) Laying off soda, just drinking water.
4) Hired a trainer and working with him 3 days a week and doing cardio on an empty stomach 3 days a week.

Just wanted to post my progress because I'm so happy it's beyond belief.
 
199 lbs this morning... I'm finally in the 100's!!!

I'm doing split cardio, in the morning on an empty stomach and at night.

Thanks for all the encouragement.

You rock man! I'm reaching a point where I don't eat at night and that's been making a huge difference. I have a video where Shawn Ray said that that was very hard for him at times but that it was a crucial part of getting ripped.

Keep up the good work abear.

Very encouraging. I start this week and my goal is 20lbs in 90 days. Faily similar program as yours. Reafirms my plans!!! Awesome!
 
Hey guys,

I've been on this weight loss journey for 4 solid months and have lost 35 lbs. I'm about half way to my goal, I was 230 lbs I'm now 195 lbs and I'm 5'9". I think 170 to 165 lbs with some muscle is my goal weight.

I'm writing this because though I'm on point with my food and training I've been feeling very strange psycologically, somewhat alone on this path. No one else in my life is doing it. The past few days have been weird. So I'm posting this to see if anyone wants to exchange emails and communicate on a regular basis.

Sure buddy. Actually, you're doing something very similar to me. I am 190 lbs and my goal is 170 lbs in 90 days starting on Oct. 1. Let me know what's up.
 
193 lbs this morning.

Started eating better: May 1st at 230 lbs
Started in the gym: July 2nd at 220 lbs
Sept 25th 193 lbs

21 weeks since May 1st / lost 37 lbs

This morming I worked out with my trainer and felt really worn out but had my best workout ever. I'm taking a few days completely off from cardio and weights. Just eat right and watch movies!:D


p.s. I'm using this thread as a weekly weigh in and it really has helped to keep me focused because I don't want to post that I'm slipping. If anyone else wants to post weekly weigh ins the more the merrier!

191 lbs this morning... Down 39 lbs.

Going on a business trip to Colorado tonight and have my food packed and I'm hitting the gym tomorrow in Boulder.

Fitness.com ROCKS!!! :D :D :D

p.s. I rented Super Size Me and watched it 10 times. I'm re-programming my brain.
 
WOW! Leaving on a trip is freaky on the diet... I did ok at best, there were a few weak moments when I had a hotdog or a cookie.

We got stranded between Aspin and Boulder in a snow storm Sunday night attempting to come home so we spent an extra day and it was becoming hell! Sitting for days in a car, having to eat on the road and no gym. Though I did run Sunday night after the snow stopped and it was great.

I hit the cardio this morning and went to the grocery store and got food to cook. I'm meeting in the morning with my trainer and I can't wait/weight..lolol
