Hey everyone,
3 months ago I was 230 lbs and living on pizza, burgers and ice cream. This morning I weighed in at 205 lbs.
1) I've been eating small healthy meals that I make myself every three hours. Just enough food to fit in my palms.
2) Taking a multi-vitamin, glutamene, flax seed oil, chromium picolinate and a protien powder.
3) Laying off soda, just drinking water.
4) Hired a trainer and working with him 3 days a week and doing cardio on an empty stomach 3 days a week.
Just wanted to post my progress because I'm so happy it's beyond belief.
