Finally...my befores. . . (sigh)

So here are some befores. I never take full body pictures of myself..until now. ugh!! Now I'm more motivated than ever! I did well today- went to the gym and burnt over 700 calories as well as an hour of weight training!! yay! I had a lowfat parfait with unsalted (naked!) almonds, blue/black/&raspberries. yum! that was my dinner. I was still a little hungry (I'm adapting people....) so I sliced up an apple and dipped it in Smucker's natural extra protein peanut butter, and a stick of string cheese. Yay! I've drank a ton of water, and I can't wait to repeat it all tomorrow! (only tomorrow I'm eating a bowl of kashi cereal and blueberries for b-fast, and an egg! yay protein. I've said yay 4 times..but that's because I'm more motivated than ever now. I actually wish the gym was still open!

Hey Skinny jeans!

Good job with posting the photos, I know it can be hard to do sometimes. You should drop the weight in no time and be a knock out, you dont look outta control as it is.

Take photos as needed for reference and keep us updated. Good luck.
 
sounds like a great start! And you look like you could easily tone up in not so long.

It's a good start to make your diet little by little.Keep on exercising and balance your meal.I'm sure you will get the body weight you want.
