Finally... Hit my first goal. 65 Down.

Hi everyone.

Well it's been a tough 6 months, but i'm down 65 pounds.

I have a pic from december when i was 265, and i will take a pic tonight (I'm 200 now).

I'm pretty happy, i know it could be more, i slacked off alot because i tore something in my chest/shoulder (Not sure, but it hurt) so i had to take it easy for 3 months, but my diet stayed on track 100%. (Well 95%, theres been a few tubs of ice cream here and there...My one weakness)

But for the last month i have been back at it full force.

Best of all i did it all without a gym/trainer/fancy equipment/etc. (My gym experience was a failure when i tried this before, i swear i gained weight)

I am starting MMA training this month as well so i'm psyched about that so i've upped my training a bit. It's something i've always wanted to do, real full contact MMA, i was just too fat before.

I'm really lucky where i live, in Hamilton we have a mountain (Well more like a large hill) that runs through the city, and theres a set of stairs close to my house. I'm not sure how many steps, mabye 500 or so. I do 4 trips, 2 of them with a backpack full of rocks, 2 of them running up the stairs, it's a great workout. (Hey, if theres any other Hamiltonians here, lets get together at the kenilworth stairs some day)

Anyways, i'll post pics tonight if i can figure out how.

You "know it could be more"? Who told you that? Any more and it wouldn't be healthy! Healthy weight (fat) loss is 8 lbs. a month. You're actually going a bit too fast there my friend. But it's all good! CONGRATULATIONS! And keep up the excellent work!!!
