fighting temtation...day 3

Well...I am at work and of course this place breeds treats..and it's a co workers birthday so of course he brought in cookies, and macroons and chocolate chip cookies..and of course smarties, kit kats, coffie crisp and aero's its shortly after 10 and i am fighting the temptation..only allowed 1200 calaries a day. I guess the main thing that stopping me is the fact that i jogged this morning..if i hadn't gone out at 5:30 and jogged for 45 minutes i would be all over these treats.
 
Good for you for fighting temptation... :) that'll give you more satisfaction than any chocolate chip cookie ever could... :)

Just a suggestion: If it's one person responsible for the treats - can you perhaps suggest a healthier treat also be included -like a fruit bowl or something like that? I'm sure more than just you would appreciate it...

You're fighting the temptation, and you came here and posted. You clearly don't want those snacks.

Look at them for what they are, momentary bit of pleasure that takes you that much further from your goals.

Do you want that momentary taste, or do you want to reach your goals?

You're in charge, and you CAN do this :D
Fill up on some water and move on.
