Ok I found this forum today and looks awesome signed up straight away keep up good work.


Ok now to business hi you guys can call me Aman :) ok were to begin I used to train at gym and I really never got anywhere was too lazy I used to way 15 and a half stone now I managed to cut my self down to 12 stone it did take allot of time but when I see my self compared to my self in pictures I look well good I recently I wanted to get back into training I’m not on about going gym I want to do stuff like jogging, bike riding I’m trying to cut my self down you guys ever seen fight club I want a body like that bradpitts if you guys could help me like telling me what to eat what exercises to do etc to get like brad pitts body in fight club I would love it please help thank you for your time
 
To get a cut body like that it will be a lot easier to add some form of resistance training. However, diet is very important.
 
First of all, a persons looks and body type are largely based upon genetics.

I'm not sure about diet but I heard that Pitt trained almost exclusively with isolation exercises for the role of Tyler Durden in Fight Club (as well as some technique work for the fighting aspect of the film) as he wanted to bring every muscle out in the greatest detail possible, if I remember his quote correctly.
