Few questions, new to this..

Ok my pecks and my abs and my whole entire back, can someone please tell me what kind of work outs I should do to build my muscles?
 
For pecs, bench press, flyes, dumbell press. for abs, just do crunches and twisting crunches, or weighted crunches and weighted sidebends if you want em to bulge out. oh and do hanging leg raises or reverse crunches for lower abs. for back there's lay pulldown, bent over dumbbell rows, seated cable rows, bent over barbell rows.
