few questions about bulking.....

Bulking questions.....

1) is eatting too much salmon bad? I eat atleast 1 salmon fillet aday, will eatting more than 1 aday be bad?

2) I always have white rice for dinner, is it ok to have white rice wen bulking?

3) how much skim milk should i have a day? i usually have skim milk with my protein shakes, whole grain cereals and oatmeal

4) i have whole grain bread everyday but only 2 slices per day, would it be ok to have it for dinner with protein and vegs?

5) eatting almonds and cashew nuts, will i put on alot of fat?
 
1. No, the only "bad" thing that might possibly come out of eating salmon is excessive mercury, but compared to eating french fries or a high saturated fat protien source, I'd say the salmon is the right choice.

2. White rice, or any other refined grain is BAD. Always opt for the least processed version you can get, in this case brown rice. It has a lower GI index, more vitamins and minerals, in short it is a balanced food.

3. Skim milk is a good food source and generally you can consume any quantity without any problem. The only possible problem is any added hormones that might have been fed to the cows to increase their milk production, specifically estrogen and some growth hormones or steroids. Try to find organic milk if possible. If not limit the intake to a few 8 oz servings per day or less.

4. whole grain bread is OK in any qauntity as long as you are maintianing your daily macronutrient ratios.

5. not unless you eat more calories than you consume or you completely ruin your macronutrient ratios.
