Feeling a little sick. Eating too little?

So I am getting back into eating better and exercising after falling off the wagon. It's pretty much only day 2 of eating really good and exercising.
I felt good yesterday and most of today but am now feeling a bit sick. A little icky in the head and my stomachs a bit wobbly. I do not feel like I am gonna throw up tho.
I am wondering if this is just my body getting used to not eating like crazy and I should keep going the way I am going or if it's because I am not eating enough.

Today I had
1cup smoothie (made up of 1% milk, low fat yogurt, and rasberries)
half a bagel with peanut butter

One Yop
4 Mini Pita Pizzas (made up of mini pita which are maybe 2.5-3 inches in diameter, tomato sauce, pineapple, and a bit of cheese)

A good amount of grapes

I am inbetween having eaten my snack and am going to be having a late supper at about 7 o clock (in an hour).

I did cardio for a half hour today.

So do you think that I should weight this out and let my body adjust to the change (going from massive holiday meals to small portions) or do you think I need to up my intake? Or should I just think about more protien to keep me feeling fuller?

well I dont really see anything wrong with what your eating... but if your used to eating a lot more it might not be a good idea to cut down so quickly. How much are you drinking? could you be dehydrated?

Thanks for the reply. That is a good point about the drinking. I usually never drink water I usually have something else such as ice tea, so now I have to make sure I drink as much water as I did ice tea. On my first day I did drink a lot of water but it's true that on the 2nd day I drank a whole lot less. I will try to make sure I drink more.

How you feel could have to do with absolutely anything. It may not be to do with your change in diet and exercise at all. Give it some time.

BUT if you think you may not be eating enough, you could reasses what you think you need.

What you posted you ate looked ok. I don't know how much you weigh, but thats not really to little. your body could be adjusting. On day 2 of my diet I felt icky, but by day 3 I was ok. Could be crashing if you are used to a lot of caffeine.

Or it could just be a non-diet-related headache.

Keep it up!

It seems like you might just need a more substanial snack, or the times you're eating the food at.

If you have the same problem in coming days (it could be just today) I'd switch stuff up a bit.

Thanks guys. I feel ok today so far. The reason why I thought it may have been from eating too little is because in the past I have had that exact same feeling when I haven't eaten much during the day. I think drinking more water is deffinately helping.
