So I am getting back into eating better and exercising after falling off the wagon. It's pretty much only day 2 of eating really good and exercising.
I felt good yesterday and most of today but am now feeling a bit sick. A little icky in the head and my stomachs a bit wobbly. I do not feel like I am gonna throw up tho.
I am wondering if this is just my body getting used to not eating like crazy and I should keep going the way I am going or if it's because I am not eating enough.
Today I had
1cup smoothie (made up of 1% milk, low fat yogurt, and rasberries)
half a bagel with peanut butter
One Yop
4 Mini Pita Pizzas (made up of mini pita which are maybe 2.5-3 inches in diameter, tomato sauce, pineapple, and a bit of cheese)
A good amount of grapes
I am inbetween having eaten my snack and am going to be having a late supper at about 7 o clock (in an hour).
I did cardio for a half hour today.
So do you think that I should weight this out and let my body adjust to the change (going from massive holiday meals to small portions) or do you think I need to up my intake? Or should I just think about more protien to keep me feeling fuller?
