Fbw

Ok im on a FBW bulking phase and I was gonna do FBWs on Mondays, weds, and fridays, I was wondering on the days i dont do FBWs should I run to burn some fat?
 
no point in trying to burn fat on a bulk really.. you need a surpluss of cals to gain muscle, and you need a deflict of cals to burn fat (this is the general rule of thumb)
 
Careful with the frequency on those FBW, especially if you are bringing a high level of intensity. Listen to your body if it says you are going too often.
