Favourite Exercise

Post your favourite exercise that you enjoy doing or
what you get the most out of.
My favorite is the basic ab crunch.

Whats yours?

I dont have a favorite; however, I put the ones that I dislike at the top of my "OH.......your going to beat the crap out of me, okay....lets get it....."

and they are:

1. Squats

2. Dead lifts

And I win......

:)

Okay, maybe I am partial to the Bent Arm Pullover......and secondly, the Military Press.

Best wishes,

I love me some pullups.

I'm currently at 8 reps with 25lbs around my waist at 160lbs bodyweight. Not great...but getting better.

Squats are my number 1, I don't think any feeling in the gym comes close to squating heavy.

OH pressing is number 2, it just feels like lifting something heavy over your head is what your body was designed for

squats

bench press

Military press

I haven't done pull ups in a long time. Theres no way for me to do them.

I might have to go out to my kids swingset aka city park and use the main cross beam. I wonder how many I could do.

Hard to say since it always depends on what is going well and whatnot..

1. Clean and Jerk
2. Snatch
4. Deadlift
5. Snatch

something like that. I simply love the clean and jerk when I get the hang of it. The power you feel when you are holding a really heavy weight overhead is just sensational :D

I know that feeling, I'll get up and maybe feel a little groggy and think "Oh ****, I have to do squats today!" Then after my first set I'm fired up and ready to go

Weight training wise:

1. Wide-grip pull-ups with legs parallel to the ground.

HIIT wise:

2. Interval sprints with sled, speed resistence parashute, and 70-yards suicides. (it sucked for about 2 weeks, now it feels great)

I am sort of like that too. When I first started, I always put the ones I disliked, on my liked list, because it was these lifts, that I needed to focus on in order to maintain or assist to maintain consistancy. Their tough, their rough, they take alot out of ya, and they do for a beneficial reason. So, mentally, I do a flying tackle on the beast, and pin it. :)

ROCK ON!
