hi. i am a certified fatty boombatty. i am 24 and i weigh 275 pounds, OMG! That's a lot, I know. I was sort of a fat kid. lost a shit ton of weight, got married, gained a shit ton of weight. it happens.
I have to lose some major poundage because I don't want to have a heart attack, blood clot or diabetes, etc. Also, I don't know about you, but I hate having to shop at Old Navy, you can only have so many stripped shirts.
so to combat the fat i bought some running shoes and I've been using the couch to 5k app on my iPhone (supposedly it'll train me to run 5k without stopping in 9 weeks), and I've also been using the Lose it! app on my iPhone to track my food intake, it tells me how many calories to eat each day to lose 2lbs per week, which is 2010 calories per day, but this week I've been trying to keep it at 1500, but we'll see how that goes.
I'm slowly learning it's all about what you eat and it's important to keep track of that. First couple of days I was really surprised at how easily those calories can rack up. I must have been eating like 4000 a day to gain and maintain my massive 275 body.
Oh man I've been eating vegetables and lean cuisine. it's helps if i just don't think about cupcakes, chicken wings, or pizza and such.
Well, let's see how it goes! Here are my current 275lb pictures I just took them while eating my lunch. I savored every bite of the shit. and i threw in a picture of my new shoes, worth the price because they really stabilize my knee which is important.
i'll be writing in blog everyday, posting my nightly meals with recipes! let's see how long this lasts!
