FatSuzi's Weight Loss Diary (oh please let there be weight loss)

Woot! Go Suz go!
With exercise you're doing, it's not surprising that you didn't gain anything :)
Some pizza every once in a while won't bring us down! WOO! hehe :D

goood on you for the water - ive been lax on it lately and you do notice the lack of loss when not having it :)

To top it off i had KFC tonight for dinner (though was still within my calorie range for the day)

Ah I've returned. I fell off the wagon pretty hard, starting when my sister came down to visit, and it just continued as I didn't have any food or time, and now that I've had exams like mad.

But I have returned!

Thankfully I haven't gained a lot of weight (like 2 lbs) and I'm ok with that considering how horrible I've been. Or something. I haven't really weighed in like 2 weeks.

Either way, I went to Old Navy and got a pair of pants that are a 14 and they fit well. I AM STOKED. Mmmmm 14. Haven't seen that in a really really long time. And it's a great motivation to continue, especially now that I've discovered the powers of low calorie soup.

Anyways. Hey guys. Sup?

YAY for getting back on that wagon!! WOOT!!
I thought of you tonight when I was watching Lost since Nathan Fillion had a small part in the episode :D

It's great to see you back though! 2lbs is nothing and you'll have it off right along with the other lbs in no time :)
And yay for the size 14 pants! WOOHOO!

Hey Suzi, with an 'i 'can I call you skinnysuzy!!!!! cause that's what your going to be. All the best to you1 from another suzy with a 'y' !!!!ha ha

third time's the charm

Well, I'm back. After finals, working at a mall during the holiday, and getting sick and wounded all in the same week, I'm back back back.

I've realized that my biggest problem is that I don't love cooking all the time. Sure, it's cool for like once a week or every two weeks, but eating well generally requires more than that. Because although I like to tell myself that the veggie burritos at Del Taco are ok for me, they totally aren't (all beans and rice and guacamole with like, not a lot of veggies).

And then I remembered the powers of canned and frozen veggies. Wheee! So I'm gonna eat them, as I'm pretty sure I can manage cooking up some rice/pasta on occasion. So I think that's my new plan of attack, as when I was good with diet and exercise, I lost crazy weight and life was rad.

And oh man! I totally found out that my gorgeous best friend who's a size 8 weighs like 145! Holy shit! My world has been rocked! I only vaguely remember what 153 was like, and I was a size 11. So obviously it'll be different for me. But whoa, world rocked!

So welcome to the new year. I'm back. And considering that I have a month before school starts, I don't really have any excuses for not working really hard (especially now that I'm getting better and I no longer have a giant gash on my palm!). So yo my peeps. Let's do it!

Everything's going ok over here. I apparently am still sick. Woo. Tomorrow I am going to go to the grocery store. Thank god it's the end of the illness. Maybe I'll even go to the gym.

I went for a bike ride the other day in high winds, and oh man fun. Only went like a third of the distance I wanted to, but at least I did something. Woo.

At least you did something! The highlight of my exercising today was driving down to get my nails done ;)

It's good to see you back and posting.

I know what you mean about not liking to cook - and you're right, Del Taco just isn't going to look out for your health and well being. (You're in OC - so am I), so get yourself to a Trader Joe's - their premade salads are AMAZING and filling and a perfect meal!

:)

Well, am pretty much back into the "eating healthy" groove. Have yet to actually go to the gym though. I blame my newest plague, which has left me light headed and woozy most of the time.

Either way, I'm down like 2 lbs, bringing me to 209.5.

Man, I wish I was down further, but at least I'm not really really gaining.

noo 2ibs is awesome chik! its so much more than not gaining.. its not staying the same either! You'll reach that 145ibs in no time - and overtake your friend!!
