what are some good things i should be eating to loose fat..

does anyone have any diets or special foods they eat that are enriched with protein some carbs and good fats
 
know what your daily caloric needs are to maintain your current weight.

create a deficit of about 500 calories. and with a strict diet of course and exercise.

theres no secret. and dont take fat burning pills, those are bad for you, lose weight the natural way :]
