Hi. My name is TK and I am fat and I always have been. Ive tried many times to change my eating habites and exeercise schedule but I never keep it up. They are failed successes. When I was in highschool I went from about 6' 235lbs to 6' 175 (sophomore year). Then I hit a growth spurt and the coaches made me gain a bunch of weight. I ended up being 6'5 and about 255 as a senior. I graduated and went off to college and put on the freshman 15 but it was 35lbs instead of 15. Buffets suck. I was given a picture of me standing next to my sister at the beach with my shirt off (my sis is gorgeous and has abs and she is about 6 years older and it pisses me off. back on topic) and it was the turning point for that weight loss period. I went from about 295 to 245 in the course of about 45 days. And I then had to move BACK to school, where I screwed up again (BUFFET!). This time im going to stick it out. I have lots of people that are going to help me and keep me accountable. I am currently 6'5 and about 275. My target weight is 220. And from 220 i will assess the situation.
