I currently weigh 19 stone 8 pounds (My new scales flatter me) Before I started losing weight my old scales gave me 20 stone 11 pounds. Which is well over a stone in around two months! Which is all the more remarkable because I did a lot of drinking and partying over this period of time.
I'm trying to stick to a `1750 calorie a day diet. I'm 6 foot 2 and 23 years old (Male). Most days I eat under 1750 a day. Hopefully I can stick to it, I really want to lose weight. My target weight is half a stone a month so hopefully in 12 months I'll be... 13 stone 8 pounds.... Hard to think about that!
I need motivation though because a half stone a month target, while achievable and realistic, requires a lot of long term thinking and determination.
