I am guessing you mean exercises to do at home rather than at a gym? You could try some interval training where you alternate high intensity segments with lower intensity active recovery segments. So you might do a 30 seconds on 30 seconds off split to start off with, where you can would do a high intensity exercise such as jumping jacks or plyometric jacks for 30 seconds and then jog lightly on the spot for the next 30 seconds. The main point of this sort of exercise is to get your heart rate sky high and then to JUST recover before hitting it hard again. This will not only increase your cardiovascular fitness level, but will also help with shedding fat fast. Some examples of high intensity exercises you could do include (google them if u r not sure what they are): air jacks, plie jacks, tuck jumps, burpies, ice breakers, puddle jumpers, skii jumps, fast feet and mountain climbers.

The other thing which will promote fat loss is strength training. There are a lot of great websites on equipment-less strength training, just google it and you'll get a whole heap of exercises you can do at home.

Nutrition is also a huge factor. Make sure u r eating enough protein and vegetables. Try to eat as little processed food as possible to get optimal nutrition.
 
I really like Beachbody products. I have had great success with them. What is your fitness level? And how much are you trying to lose?

Not so Jericho! Only trying to help or I would not have asked questions trying to figure out what fitness level the poster was at. I guess its not enough to scold me via email for using words I was unaware as new user not to use, instead you need use snarky comments? Grow up!
 
You have mentioned Beachbody and Shakeology in three out of your six posts so far. Both of those things are considered 'fad diets' at best, and 'scams' at the worst, neither helpful for long term, healthy weight loss. As for the 'scolding', it could have been worse, so I think that Jericho actually did you a favour by just PMing you. And I didn't see a snarky comment at all - all that was being said is that somebody who seems to be believe in Beachbody and shakes is hardly somebody to expect a great deal of useful information from.

I'm sorry..so the post that I deleted trying to direct people to your 'challenge' to buy product from you wasn't you trying to sell anyone anything at all considering that beachbody is a modified pyramid scheme designed to help YOU make money...So..where was I wrong?
