Hi
I am Ransy after I started working from home in 2001, I have gain weight about 31 lbs in the past 8 year. I also was active in trainings studio before I started working from home, at that time 3-4 times a week.
I am testing fasting right now; I have only been testing for less than a week and I intend to try this out for about 6-8 weeks. For many people this is a lifestyle. Regarding activity I have a dog (Goldie she is 6 months old) so I go out with her twice a day, which is working very well I really enjoy walking with her.
I believe fasting can be useful in a total health plan. Intermittent fasting is the practice of abstaining from all but water for a period of usually 24 hours, twice a week to help with the goals associated with fat loss and weight loss in general.
Fasting has been around since time immemorial, and many of the first references to it come from the Bible. They knew even back then the many and varied benefits one can derive from fasting, whether it is for short or longer periods of time. There are many examples from all religions that detail the benefits of fasting from a spiritual perspective, but there are also many other benefits to be realized from a health and wellness standpoint as well.
I keep you updated.
