alright here is the workout i made is simple since i dont have a gym membership because im not old enough, i do get a good sweat but my muscles dont seem tired is that good or bad , ne ways here it is suggestions please (and im trying to put on total body muscle, but most specificly abs)
Done on Mondays wedsdays and Fridays, cardio done on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday
Exercise reps sets
Dumbbell clean and press... 7 3
T Pushup... 9 3
Reverse lunge and curl... 7 each leg 3
Seated dumbbell rotation... 9 each direction 3
Pushup... 13 3
Crunch ... 20 3
Bicycle... 7 each side 3
Plank... 45 sec 3
Step-Ups ...20 3
Bicep Curls... 15 3
I* do as a circuit no rest in between exercises then 1-2 min between circuits
(PS sry for messed up title just did that for preview n forgot to change)
