Forgot to post.....
Day 1: Setup workout area in our townhouse living room; chin-up bar, dumbbells, and sit-up area.
COMPLETED: Chest & Back video 58 minutes.
Day 2: Wasn't able to get much of a workout in since our schedules conflict.
Day 3: COMPLETED Shoulders & Arms video (52 minutes) along with Ab ripperX (15 minutes). Plan on heading to the student rec center after doing all my cleaning and laundry. Approx 5 p.m. - Just got back from the workout, wasn't much since the REC center was packed because everyone wants to get ready for spring break. I was only able to get about a 2 mile run in and about 25 minutes on a non-working bike because everything else was taken up.
Lunch - Turkey & Guacamole on wheat bread with lettuce and water to drink.
Snack - Strawberry Yogurt
Dinner - Salmon & Whole Grain rice; water to drink
