yeah sorry about that.. it just sounds weird that a shirt can do that.. it cant just be a normal shirt
and just to clear this thing up.
if i do, say 9 sets of 3 reps on the bench press with 60% of 1RM and i lift it as fast as i can.
would that be totally ok? or is it too many sets? i have heard 50% but someone here mentioned that you could do it a bit higher too.
