Exercise to go for

I want to know for which exercise I should go. I mean should I go for upperbody or lower body.Thanks

2) Your question is so vague that it can't be answered. You never stated a goal, current condition, anything.
 
Dear John, I think you must start a light workout first. Stat developing your arms & chest. Then you can go for abs workout. Proper diet is also necessary. A gym trainer can help you better in this matter.
