Exercise On The Go

I'm looking for an exercise program for a truck driver. He has 25 & 40 lb dumbbells in the truck but that is about it. His job is 85% sitting/driving. He wants more energy (sleeps most of the time not driving) and to lose weight (about 60lbs). He already has ALOT of muscle. At 6'3" 300lbs ideal weight is about 240lbs. Any ideas??

yes a truck stop or a rest area or even preferrably inside the truck...it's a mid-roof so there is room to stand up but only about 3 sq. feet of floor space besides the bed.
He is making some progress lifting the dumbbells but mostly in his arms..he needs something to burn fat to attack the midsection.

He needs to do stuff that would burn more cals.
He can try doing swings and/or snatches with one or both arms.
He could invest in a bar and do some jerks as well. He could also do combinations of exercises, for ex. 1) dumbell squat 2) hammer curl 3)dumbbell press. This way, doing these 3 together he can save time and make it a no-breaker. I train a lady that is often pressed for time and combining deadlifts and squats with arm work has saved us hours of work.
He might want to do some lunges, too, though no weight is probably better for him, since he is heavy enough already. I am sure you already have ideas about how to tweak his diet.
Good Luck:)
