I'm trying to lose 10 pounds that I gained over the summer, mostly from eating fatty food. It's accumulated in my midsection and thighs. I'd like to lose the extra weight and get back in shape with an exercise routine. I watch my diet and it's almost free of any junk or unhealthy food. Could you recommend some do-at-home exercises that I could do in 30 mins (everyday if necessary)?
