I've decided to start with a clean plate.
Calorie counting is something i'm def going to do to keep track of what I eat. People have been telling me to do it over and over again so i think it's time to finally do it.
I have no idea what my current weight is, I probably gained some weight back no doubt. I'm basically going to stick to my old routine but I'll make sure to eat more vegetables this time.
I am going to make my calorie limit 1300, i'll be hitting the gym also 3 times a week not 5 because I got school plus it's easier on me, i can get some rest. I over did it all last time, i jumped into everything, that's why it was hard to keep up with it later on. I'm hoping to stay strong this time and take it slow, I have come to realize that losing weight takes a lot of time and patience and in the end it's all worth it.
I think i can do it this time!

ever read the story the little engine that could? if you haven't pick up a copy.. it's excellent reading... The little engine had to climb a big mountain... and do to do it - he kept telling himself - I think i can I think I can I think I can... and at the end.. He got up over the mountain... keep telling yourself youcan...

and welcome back...

Hi Miss... I'm also counting calories. It took me awhile to get used to it but now it's pretty easy.

Looks like you have a good start already... 14 lbs down... awesome!

Hi MissL,
I'm glad you came back :D

You're right - this all takes time - one day at a time!

You CAN do this!

Sept 17th (sunday)

Breakfast was good.
One pancake that's about it.
(Calories in Pancakes, Buttermilk, Prepared From Recipe) - 64 cals

Not feeling well this morning not really hungry.
The thought of food disgusts me lately.
I'll see how the rest of the day goes.

Ps: I've missed everyone as well...feels good being back
