Every other day ok?

If I workout (full body) every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday for 30-45 minutes is this giving my muscles a chance to rest or how should I split the days up?
 
that should be ok as long as your diet is good and you get plenty of sleep. I take it you are having Friday and Saturday as rest days as well? If not then you should.
 
I figure I'm going to try every three day (Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday etc.), that should work better. Also, my job require me to lift stuff all day so I should have more time to rest I guess.
 
it depends on your level of athletisism. if you are advanced, then you can probably handle 4 full bodies a week considering you have everthing else in check.

for a beginner, 3 fullbody workouts a week is good. try this:

day1:workout
day2:rest
day3: \workout
day4:rest
day5:workout
day6:rest
day 7:rest

and if you are lifting a lot of heavy stuff, make sure you are taking enough time to rest. eat more on days you lift a lot whether it be weights or stuff. good luck
