I desperately want to quit the "in front of the tv" evening snacking (more like continuous grazing). I think I eat the majority of my calories between 7pm and 11pm! I just can't get a handle on this. I do really well during the day, I can make good choices and I can control my portions but in the pm, all heck breaks loose! It's like a compulsion that I have to fight if I try not to snack/eat in the pm. It's so strong it's distracting!
Does anyone else suffer with this? Has anyone beat this bad habit and if so, how?
