I currently weigh 175 pounds (I'm male, 5'4"). I want to get down to around 155, and add muscle.
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
2-3 months would be great.
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
Much improved dieting, and exercise at the gym every day!
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
Anybody willing to make sure I don't give up. It's just a matter of being motivated for me, but I need some people to reinforce my visions to improve myself.

Not so sure about my chosen timeframe, but I really think I can lose 20 pounds and add muscle if I set my mind to it.

A little more about myself: I'm 18 years old, and I'm a freshman in college. I haven't gained any weight since coming to college in September, but I feel overweight and really want to lose weight everywhere on my body. I'm 5'4" with a medium build I would say. Luckily, there's a fitness center at the bottom of my building on campus here, with more than adequate equipment. The bad news is it's quite hard to keep a low calorie diet here on campus, and I can't eat as often as recommended because I have a limited number of meals per week. I'll have to stock my mini-fridge with healthy foods this weekend! My goal is to be in much better shape by second semester, which is in mid January.
